Remote Web Chat Manager

Job Description:

Pushkart.ph, an online grocery delivery service based in Pasig, NCR, PH, is seeking a Remote Web Chat Manager to join our team on a part-time basis. We are looking for a candidate with at least 7 years of experience in a similar role, who is driven and passionate about providing exceptional customer service through web chat interactions.

Responsibilities: 1. Manage and oversee the web chat platform, ensuring timely and accurate responses to customer inquiries. 2. Train and mentor a team of remote chat agents to deliver a high level of customer service. 3. Monitor chat performance metrics and identify areas for improvement. 4. Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer issues and enhance the overall customer experience. 5. Develop and implement chat scripts and guidelines to maintain consistency and quality in customer interactions. 6. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to ensure the web chat platform is optimized for success.

Requirements: 1. Proven experience as a Web Chat Manager or similar role. 2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. 3. Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment. 4. Excellent presentation and project management skills. 5. Proficiency in using web chat platforms and customer service software. 6. Familiarity with e-commerce and online retail industry trends. 7. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred.
