Web Chat Manager

Job Description:

Ayala Land is seeking a dynamic and experienced Web Chat Manager to join our team in Manila. As a Mid-to-Senior Level role, the ideal candidate will have at least 8 years of experience in managing web chat operations within a fast-paced environment. The Web Chat Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our web chat services, ensuring timely and efficient customer support, as well as managing a team of chat agents.

Responsibilities: - Develop and implement strategies to improve web chat efficiency and customer satisfaction - Manage a team of chat agents, providing training, guidance, and feedback as needed - Monitor chat performance metrics, analyze data, and make recommendations for improvements - Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience across all channels - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in web chat customer support - Handle escalated customer inquiries or issues as needed - Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures

Requirements: - 8 years of experience in web chat management - Strong communication and leadership skills - Resourceful and independent, with the ability to work well under pressure - Excellent research skills and adaptability to changing priorities - Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
