Web Chat Manager

Job Description:

Universal Robina Corporation is currently seeking a motivated and hardworking Web Chat Manager to join our team in Manila, NCR, PH. This part-time position at the Associate Level requires at least 5 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities: 1. Manage and oversee the web chat platform to ensure a seamless customer experience. 2. Monitor chat conversations to ensure quality control and compliance with company policies. 3. Train and coach chat agents to provide excellent customer service and meet performance targets. 4. Analyze chat data and customer feedback to identify trends and make recommendations for improvement. 5. Collaborate with other departments to address customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely manner. 6. Work with IT teams to troubleshoot technical issues and ensure the chat platform is running smoothly. 7. Develop and implement strategies to increase chat engagement and drive sales conversions. 8. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in web chat management.

Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field. 2. Proven experience in web chat management or customer service. 3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 4. Strong negotiation and teamwork skills. 5. Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines. 6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and web chat software.
