Web Chat Manager

As the Web Chat Manager at Plentina, located in Quezon City, NCR, PH, you will play a crucial role in managing our web chat platform and ensuring exceptional customer service. This part-time position is ideal for someone with mid-to-senior level experience in a similar role, with at least 7 years of experience in customer service or related field.

Responsibilities: - Manage and oversee the web chat platform, ensuring timely and accurate responses to customer inquiries - Train and develop a team of web chat agents, providing guidance and support as needed - Monitor chat conversations for quality assurance and provide feedback to agents - Analyze chat data and generate reports on performance metrics - Collaborate with other departments to improve the web chat experience for customers - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in web chat management

Requirements: - Energetic and passionate about providing excellent customer service - Strong emotional intelligence and the ability to handle difficult situations with empathy - Excellent planning and organizational skills - Proven experience in managing a web chat platform or similar customer service role - Strong communication skills, both written and verbal - Experience with chat management software is a plus - Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred
