Job Description:
We are looking for a Web Chat Manager to join our team at Century Pacific Food, Inc. in Davao City, Philippines. As a Web Chat Manager, you will be responsible for managing our online chat platform, engaging with customers, and providing high-quality customer service. This is a part-time position at the Associate Level, with a minimum of 5 years of experience required.
Responsibilities: - Manage and monitor the web chat platform to engage with customers in a timely and professional manner - Provide accurate and detailed information to customers regarding products, services, and promotions - Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints to ensure customer satisfaction - Collaborate with other departments to address customer concerns and resolve issues - Analyze web chat data and trends to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation - Train and mentor team members on best practices for web chat communication and customer service - Monitor team performance and provide feedback and coaching as needed - Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures in all web chat interactions - Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in customer service and web chat management
Requirements: - Previous experience in customer service or web chat management - Hardworking and independent with a strong work ethic - Innovative and able to think creatively to improve customer service processes - Strong people management skills with the ability to lead and motivate a team - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities - Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment - Proficiency in using web chat platforms and customer service software - Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field preferred
