Job Description:
As a Web Chat Manager at LBC Express Holdings, Inc., you will be responsible for managing and overseeing the company's web chat operations, ensuring a seamless and efficient customer service experience for all online inquiries. This part-time position requires a candidate with at least 8 years of experience in a similar role, operating at a mid-to-senior level of seniority.
Responsibilities: - Develop and implement strategies to optimize web chat operations and enhance customer satisfaction - Monitor and evaluate chat interactions to ensure quality and consistency in communication - Train and mentor chat agents to improve performance and customer service skills - Collaborate with IT and other departments to troubleshoot technical issues and improve chat functionality - Analyze chat data and customer feedback to identify trends and opportunities for improvement - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in web chat management - Drive productivity and efficiency within the web chat team - Maintain accurate chat records and documentation for audit purposes
