Web Chat Manager - Work from home

Job Description:

Peddlr is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Web Chat Manager to join our team. This is a part-time remote position based in Parañaque, NCR, PH. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in a similar role and possess a resourceful and energetic personality, as well as strong problem-solving and innovation skills.

Responsibilities: 1. Manage and oversee all web chat communications with customers in a timely and professional manner. 2. Develop strategies to improve the customer experience and increase customer satisfaction through web chat interactions. 3. Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to promote products and services to customers through web chat. 4. Monitor and analyze web chat metrics to identify trends and make data-driven decisions. 5. Train and mentor team members on web chat best practices and procedures. 6. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices related to web chat management.

Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in communication, marketing, or related field. 2. Proven experience as a Web Chat Manager or similar role. 3. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. 4. Strong organizational and time management skills. 5. Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
