Web Chat Manager - Work from home

Job Description:

Cropital is seeking a motivated and experienced Web Chat Manager to join our team on a part-time basis. This role will be remote and the successful candidate will be responsible for managing our web chat platform to provide excellent customer service and support to our users.

Responsibilities: - Monitor and respond to customer inquiries and issues through the web chat platform in a timely and professional manner - Provide product information, troubleshoot problems, and resolve customer complaints - Collaborate with other team members to escalate complex issues and ensure timely resolution - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Proactively identify opportunities for improving customer satisfaction and retention - Work closely with the marketing and sales teams to promote products and services through the web chat platform

Requirements: - At least 5 years of experience in customer service or a related field - Excellent communication skills and the ability to interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner - Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet - Proficiency with web chat platforms and other customer service tools - Ability to work independently and manage time effectively - High school diploma or equivalent
