Web Chat Officer

Job Description:

We are looking for a dynamic and energetic Web Chat Officer to join our team at Bench in Antipolo, Calabarzon, PH. As a Web Chat Officer, you will be responsible for managing online conversations with customers to provide support, answer inquiries, and drive sales through web chat platforms. This is a part-time position with entry-level seniority, requiring at least 1 year of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities: 1. Engage with customers through web chat to provide support, answer queries, and drive sales. 2. Manage multiple chat conversations simultaneously while maintaining a high level of professionalism. 3. Assist customers in navigating our website, products, and services. 4. Ensure customer satisfaction by resolving issues and complaints in a timely and effective manner. 5. Collaborate with other team members to escalate complex issues to the appropriate departments. 6. Keep accurate records of all interactions with customers for future reference and analysis. 7. Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information to customers.

Requirements: - Energetic and confident personality traits. - Strong people management and persuasion skills. - Experience in customer service or sales roles preferred. - Excellent written communication skills. - Proficiency in using web chat platforms and MS Office Suite. - Ability to multitask and work well under pressure.
