Web Chat Officer

Job Description:

We are looking for a reliable and adaptable Web Chat Officer to join our team at PLDT in Parañaque, NCR, PH. As a part-time Associate Level employee, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through web chat interactions.

Responsibilities: - Engage with customers through web chat to provide information, answer inquiries, and resolve issues - Handle multiple chat sessions simultaneously while maintaining a professional and courteous demeanor - Use critical thinking skills to quickly and efficiently solve problems - Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless customer experience - Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail in all interactions - Adhere to company policies and procedures for handling customer inquiries

Requirements: - 2 years of experience in customer service or a related field - Strong written communication skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Attention to detail and ability to multitask - Reliable and adaptable personality traits - Previous experience in web chat or online customer service is a plus - Flexibility to work flexible hours and weekends
