Web Chat Officer

Job Description: Flowerstore.ph, a leading online flower delivery service based in Caloocan, NCR, PH, is seeking a part-time Web Chat Officer to join our team at the Associate Level. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in a similar role and possess the following personality traits: independence and confidence. They should also demonstrate the soft skills of creativity and leadership.

Responsibilities: 1. Provide excellent customer service through web chat communication with customers. 2. Assist customers with inquiries, orders, and concerns in a timely and professional manner. 3. Use critical thinking skills to problem solve and resolve customer issues effectively. 4. Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience. 5. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. 6. Stay up-to-date on Flowerstore.ph products, promotions, and policies. 7. Identify opportunities for improvement and make recommendations to enhance the customer experience.

Requirements: 1. Minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer service or web chat role. 2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. 3. Ability to work independently and take initiative. 4. Confidence in handling difficult customer situations. 5. Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities. 6. Leadership skills to guide and support junior team members. 7. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and web chat software.
