Web Chat Officer

Job Description:

LBC Express Holdings, Inc. is seeking a motivated and confident Web Chat Officer to join our team in Cebu, Central Visayas, PH on a part-time basis. As a Web Chat Officer, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service through our online chat platform.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and provide assistance in a timely and professional manner via web chat - Resolve customer complaints or issues efficiently and effectively - Maintain a positive and helpful attitude while interacting with customers - Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience - Keep detailed records of interactions with customers and follow up as needed

Requirements: - Minimum of 3 years of experience in a customer service role - Strong decision-making skills and attention to detail - Confident and motivated personality - Excellent written communication skills - Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
