Web Chat Officer

Job Description:

PearlPay is seeking a driven and passionate Web Chat Officer to join our team in Manila, NCR, PH. This part-time Associate Level position requires a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role. The ideal candidate will possess excellent problem-solving skills and strong planning abilities.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and provide assistance through web chat - Address customer concerns and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless customer experience - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies - Identify trends and provide feedback to improve customer service processes

Requirements: - Previous experience in customer service or web chat support - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Strong problem-solving abilities - Ability to multitask and prioritize workload effectively - Proficiency in using web chat platforms and other customer service tools - Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
