Web Chat Officer

Job Description: Cloudstaff is seeking a hardworking and confident Web Chat Officer to join our team on a part-time basis in Parañaque, NCR, PH. As an Associate Level Web Chat Officer with at least 3 years of experience, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support through web chat communication.

Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries and provide support through web chat in a timely and professional manner. 2. Assist customers with product information, troubleshooting, and issue resolution. 3. Utilize resources efficiently to ensure accurate information is provided to customers. 4. Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by addressing customer needs effectively. 5. Collaborate with team members to improve processes and enhance customer experience. 6. Adhere to company policies and procedures to ensure consistency in service delivery. 7. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. 8. Identify and escalate issues to appropriate departments for resolution.

Requirements: 1. At least 3 years of experience in customer service or related field. 2. Excellent communication skills with a strong attention to detail. 3. Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work in a fast-paced environment. 4. Proficiency in written communication and multitasking. 5. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure. 6. Familiarity with using web chat platforms and customer service software. 7. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
