Web Chat Officer

Job Description: BeautyMNL is looking for a part-time Web Chat Officer to join our team in Cebu, Central Visayas, PH. As an Associate level position, the Web Chat Officer will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and support through web chat interactions. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in a similar role, with a strong ability to adapt to different situations and demonstrate confidence in their communication skills.

Responsibilities: 1. Engage with customers through web chat to provide assistance, answer inquiries, and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner. 2. Utilize critical thinking skills to assess customer needs and provide appropriate solutions. 3. Maintain a high level of attention to detail to accurately record customer interactions and information. 4. Collaborate with other team members to ensure a consistent and positive customer experience. 5. Stay informed about product offerings, promotions, and company policies to provide accurate information to customers. 6. Meet or exceed key performance indicators related to response time, customer satisfaction, and issue resolution. 7. Contribute to a positive and collaborative working environment by actively participating in team meetings and training sessions. 8. Continuously look for opportunities to improve processes and enhance the overall customer experience.

Requirements: 1. At least 2 years of experience in a customer service or web chat support role. 2. Strong adaptability and confidence in communication skills. 3. Demonstrated critical thinking abilities and attention to detail. 4. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple chat conversations simultaneously. 5. Proficiency in typing and computer skills. 6. Excellent problem-solving skills and a customer-centric mindset. 7. Availability to work part-time hours, including evenings and weekends.
