Web Chat Officer

Job Description:

Phoenix Petroleum Philippines is seeking a part-time Web Chat Officer to join our team at our Caloocan office in the National Capital Region of the Philippines. This entry-level position is perfect for someone with at least 1 year of experience who is resourceful, hardworking, and possesses emotional intelligence and research skills.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and concerns through web chat in a timely and professional manner - Provide accurate information about products, services, and promotions - Assist customers with placing orders, tracking shipments, and processing returns - Collaborate with other departments to resolve complex customer issues - Monitor and analyze customer feedback to identify trends and improve service - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies - Meet or exceed performance goals for response time, accuracy, and customer satisfaction

Requirements: - High school diploma or equivalent - 1 year of customer service experience - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Strong problem-solving abilities - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in using web chat platforms and basic computer skills - Comfortable multitasking in a fast-paced environment
