Remote Web Chat Officer

Job Description:

HealthNow is seeking a motivated and experienced Remote Web Chat Officer to join our team in Antipolo, Calabarzon, PH. As a part-time Associate Level position, the Remote Web Chat Officer will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients through web chat communication.

Responsibilities: - Engage with customers through web chat to address inquiries, provide information, and resolve issues - Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service in all interactions - Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless customer experience - Utilize problem-solving skills to efficiently and effectively address customer needs - Provide accurate and timely information to customers - Follow company policies and procedures for handling customer inquiries and resolving issues - Meet performance goals and metrics related to customer satisfaction and response times - Continuously improve knowledge of products, services, and systems to better assist customers

Requirements: - Minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service or a related field - Hardworking and passionate about providing excellent customer service - Strong people management skills to effectively communicate and interact with customers - Excellent problem-solving abilities to quickly and efficiently address customer inquiries - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficient in using web chat platforms and other communication tools - Excellent written communication skills - High attention to detail and accuracy - Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
