Job Description:

ABS-CBN Corporation in Cebu, Central Visayas is looking for a motivated and energetic individual to join our team as a Web Chat Officer on a part-time basis. As an Entry Level position, no prior experience is required and we welcome fresh graduates to apply.

Responsibilities: - Engage with website visitors through chat to provide information, assistance, and support. - Handle multiple chat conversations simultaneously while maintaining a high level of customer service. - Conduct research to provide accurate and timely responses to customer inquiries. - Collaborate with other departments to address customer concerns and resolve issues efficiently. - Contribute innovative ideas to improve the chat experience for customers. - Maintain a positive attitude and professional demeanor at all times.

Requirements: - Must be motivated and energetic, with a passion for customer service. - Strong research skills and the ability to think creatively to solve problems. - Excellent written communication skills and attention to detail. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. - Basic knowledge of computer systems and online communication tools. - Able to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
