PLDT is seeking a passionate and independent Web Chat Officer to join our team in Parañaque. As a Web Chat Officer, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support through online chat platforms. Your primary goal will be to engage with customers, answer inquiries, provide information, and resolve any issues they may have in a timely and professional manner.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and provide assistance through web chat platforms. - Act as a brand ambassador and ensure positive customer interactions. - Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate products or services. - Resolve customer complaints or issues with efficiency and empathy. - Conduct research to provide accurate and helpful information to customers. - Collaborate with other team members to improve customer service processes. - Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service at all times. - Meet chat response time and quality metrics.

Requirements: - Minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service or a related field. - Strong communication skills and the ability to effectively interact with customers. - Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks. - Passion for providing exceptional customer service. - Persuasion skills to effectively address customer needs and concerns. - Research skills to gather relevant information and provide accurate responses. - Proficiency in using web chat platforms and other customer service tools.
