Web Chat Officer - Work from home

Job Description:

Coins.ph, a leading financial services company in Makati, NCR, PH, is seeking a Web Chat Officer to work remotely on a part-time basis. As an Associate Level Web Chat Officer, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through online chat support to our clients. This role requires a minimum of 4 years of experience in a similar position.

Responsibilities: 1. Engage with customers through web chat to address their inquiries and resolve any issues they may have. 2. Provide accurate information regarding our products and services to customers. 3. Assist customers in navigating our website and mobile app for transactions and troubleshooting. 4. Document customer interactions and inquiries for future reference. 5. Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience. 6. Stay up to date on industry trends and best practices in customer service.

Requirements: 1. Energetic personality with the ability to adapt to changing situations. 2. Strong presentation skills to effectively communicate with customers online. 3. Excellent decision-making skills to address customer inquiries promptly. 4. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. 5. Proficiency in using live chat software and other customer service tools. 6. Knowledge of financial services and cryptocurrency is a plus.
