Web Chat Officer - Work from home

Job Description:

We are looking for a dedicated and confident Web Chat Officer to join our team at Balikbayad, a leading financial services company. This is a part-time remote position based in Caloocan, NCR, PH, at the Associate Level with a requirement of at least 3 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities: - Engage with customers through web chat to provide information, answer inquiries, and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner - Utilize communication and persuasion skills to guide customers through the sales process and promote company products or services - Collaborate with the sales team to meet and exceed targets and goals set by the company - Leverage data to inform decisions and drive strategic initiatives - Work independently and efficiently in a remote setting while adhering to company policies and procedures

Requirements: - 3+ years of experience in a customer service or sales role - Excellent communication skills and strong persuasion abilities - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously - Proficient in using web chat platforms and CRM systems - Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision - Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
