Bench, a leading retail brand, is seeking a part-time Web Chat Officer to join our team in Quezon City, NCR, PH. As a Web Chat Officer, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our online customers through web chat communication. This position is work-from-home based and requires a high level of energy and dedication.

Responsibilities: 1. Engage with customers via web chat to assist with product inquiries, order tracking, and issue resolution. 2. Provide personalized assistance to customers, ensuring a positive shopping experience. 3. Conduct research to address customer inquiries and provide accurate information. 4. Demonstrate excellent attention to detail when managing customer orders and requests. 5. Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience across all communication channels. 6. Maintain a positive attitude and work ethic in a remote work environment. 7. Uphold the company's standards of excellence in customer service and communication.

Requirements: 1. Minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service or online support. 2. Energetic and hardworking personality traits. 3. Strong research skills and attention to detail. 4. Ability to work independently and efficiently in a remote setting. 5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 6. Proficiency in using web chat platforms and customer service software. 7. High school diploma or equivalent required.
