Web Chat Officer - Work from home

Job Description:

We are looking for a motivated and passionate Web Chat Officer to join our team at FlySpaces. This is a part-time, work-from-home position based in Caloocan, NCR, Philippines. The ideal candidate will be an entry-level professional with at least 1 year of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities: - Manage web chat inquiries from potential customers, providing information about our services and helping them with their booking process - Assist customers with any issues they may encounter while using our website - Work closely with the sales team to convert web chat inquiries into bookings - Conduct research to stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor offerings - Handle customer complaints and feedback in a professional and timely manner - Collaborate with other departments to improve the overall customer experience on our website

Requirements: - Strong motivation and passion for customer service - Excellent presentation skills - Ability to conduct thorough research - Strong written and verbal communication skills - Ability to work independently and meet deadlines - Tech-savvy with the ability to quickly learn new systems and processes
