Web Chat Officer - Work from home

Job Description:

KMC Solutions is seeking a highly motivated and resourceful Web Chat Officer to join our team and work remotely from the comfort of your own home in Davao City. As a part-time Associate Level position, the Web Chat Officer will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support through online chat platforms. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in a similar role, and possess a confident and proactive attitude.

Responsibilities: - Engage with customers on web chat platforms to provide support and assistance - Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner - Conduct research to answer customer questions and provide accurate information - Assist with resolving customer complaints and issues to ensure a positive experience - Collaborate with team members to improve customer service processes and procedures - Maintain a high level of productivity and efficiency while multitasking - Adhere to company policies and procedures at all times

Requirements: - 2 years of experience in a customer service or web chat role - Resourceful and confident personality traits - Strong planning and research skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team - Proficiency in using online chat platforms and other relevant software - High school diploma or equivalent required
