Web Chat Representative

Job Description:

Ayala Corporation is seeking a part-time Web Chat Representative to join our team in Cebu, Central Visayas. As an Entry Level position, this role is ideal for individuals with at least 1 year of experience, who are energetic and resilient with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and issues via web chat in a timely and professional manner - Provide information about products, services, and promotions - Troubleshoot and resolve customer complaints or technical difficulties - Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience - Meet performance goals for response time and customer satisfaction - Maintain knowledge of company policies and procedures to provide accurate information

Requirements: - At least 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field - Energetic and resilient personality traits - Excellent communication and problem-solving skills - Ability to type quickly and accurately - Familiarity with web chat platforms and technology - Availability to work part-time hours, including evenings and weekends
