Remote Web Chat Representative

Job Description: We are seeking a passionate and reliable Remote Web Chat Representative to join our team at Ayala Land. As a part-time Associate level role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through our online chat platform. This position is based in Makati, NCR, PH, and requires a minimum of 4 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities: - Engage with customers through web chat to address inquiries, resolve complaints, and provide product information - Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service standards - Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve customer issues in a timely manner - Use effective communication skills to build rapport with customers and promote brand loyalty - Handle multiple customer interactions simultaneously while maintaining accuracy and efficiency - Follow company policies and procedures to ensure compliance and customer satisfaction

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred - 4 years of experience in customer service or a related role - Strong communication skills and the ability to interact effectively with customers - Excellent planning and organizational skills - Proficiency in using web chat platforms and customer service software - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Passion for providing excellent customer service and representing the brand in a positive light
