Web Chat Representative

Job Description: We are looking for a motivated and energetic Web Chat Representative to join our team at Stylist in Pocket Technologies in Cebu, Central Visayas, PH. As a part-time Associate Level representative, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service through online chat support. With at least 3 years of experience in a similar role, you will have the opportunity to showcase your persuasion skills and attention to detail to exceed customer expectations.

Responsibilities: - Engage with customers through web chat to assist with inquiries, provide product information, and resolve issues in a timely manner - Demonstrate a strong understanding of our products and services to effectively address customer needs - Maintain a positive and professional attitude while interacting with customers to create a positive experience - Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless communication and resolution of customer concerns - Keep detailed records of customer interactions and feedback to enhance future interactions

Requirements: - At least 3 years of experience in a customer service role, preferably in a web chat support capacity - Motivated individual with energy and enthusiasm for providing exceptional customer service - Strong persuasion skills to effectively communicate with customers and resolve issues - Attention to detail to accurately document customer interactions and feedback - Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
