Web Chat Representative

Job Description:

Ayala Land is seeking a part-time Web Chat Representative to join our team in Antipolo, Calabarzon. This is an entry-level position ideal for individuals with at least 1 year of experience in customer service or related fields. As a Web Chat Representative, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service through online chat platforms.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and provide information about our products and services through web chat - Assist customers with placing orders, processing payments, and resolving any issues or concerns they may have - Maintain a positive and professional attitude in all interactions with customers - Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience - Keep accurate records of all customer interactions and transactions

Requirements: - Strong communication skills, both written and verbal - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively - Driven and energetic personality - Emotional intelligence and ability to empathize with customers - Persuasion skills to guide customers towards making informed decisions - Basic computer skills and familiarity with online chat platforms - High school diploma or equivalent
