Wilcon Depot is currently seeking a Remote Web Chat Representative to join our dynamic team in Taguig, NCR, PH. This part-time, entry-level position is perfect for individuals who are confident, adaptable, and possess strong emotional intelligence and strategic planning skills.

Responsibilities: - Engage with customers through web chat to provide assistance, answer inquiries, and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner. - Utilize communication and problem-solving skills to ensure customer satisfaction. - Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department or supervisor as needed. - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. - Stay current on product knowledge to effectively assist customers with their inquiries. - Collaborate with team members to improve overall customer service experience.

Requirements: - No prior experience required, but a willingness to learn and adapt quickly is essential. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills. - Strong emotional intelligence and the ability to empathize with customers. - The capacity for strategic planning and problem-solving. - Must be able to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively. - Familiarity with web chat software and basic computer skills. - High school diploma or equivalent.
