Job Description:
Zalora Philippines is seeking a skilled Web Chat Representative to join our dynamic team in Pasig, NCR, PH on a part-time basis at the Associate Level. As a Web Chat Representative, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service through online chat on our website, assisting customers with product inquiries, order status updates, and resolving any issues they may have.
Responsibilities: 1. Responding to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner via web chat. 2. Providing accurate information about products, promotions, and company policies. 3. Assisting customers with placing orders, processing returns, and tracking shipments. 4. Resolving customer complaints and issues to ensure customer satisfaction. 5. Collaborating with other departments to address customer concerns and improve overall customer experience. 6. Maintaining a high level of product knowledge to provide accurate information to customers. 7. Adhering to company policies and procedures regarding customer interactions and data security.
Requirements: 1. Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service or a related field. 2. Confident and resilient personality with the ability to handle challenging situations with grace. 3. Strong leadership skills to effectively manage customer interactions and ensure a positive experience. 4. Excellent research skills to quickly find solutions to customer inquiries and issues. 5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. 6. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. 7. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and web-based applications. 8. Flexible availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
