Web Chat Representative

Job Description:

Homebase is seeking a part-time Web Chat Representative to join our team in Caloocan, NCR, PH. As an entry-level position, we are looking for individuals with at least 1 year of experience in customer service. The ideal candidate will be independent, resourceful, possess strong strategic planning skills, and be able to make sound decisions under pressure.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and provide excellent customer service through our web chat platform - Assist customers with product information, troubleshooting, and order processing - Resolve customer complaints in a timely and professional manner - Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience - Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies

Requirements: - 1 year of experience in customer service - Independent and resourceful mindset - Strong strategic planning and decision-making skills - Excellent written communication skills - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment - Proficiency in using web chat platforms - High school diploma or equivalent
