Web Chat Representative

Job Description:

We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Web Chat Representative to join our team at PearlPay in Manila, NCR, Philippines. As a part-time Associate Level employee, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support through web chat interactions with our clients.

Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries and provide accurate information through web chat. 2. Assist customers with account-related issues, transactions, and troubleshooting. 3. Proactively engage with customers to promote our products and services. 4. Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience. 5. Meet and exceed performance metrics related to response time, resolution rate, and customer satisfaction.

Requirements: 1. At least 2 years of experience in customer service or a related field. 2. Strong communication skills and the ability to effectively engage with customers. 3. Independent and motivated to deliver high-quality service. 4. Excellent presentation skills and time management abilities. 5. Knowledge of financial services and online banking platforms is a plus.
