Job Description:

GMA Network Inc. is seeking a Remote Web Chat Representative to join our dynamic team in Quezon City, NCR, Philippines. This part-time position at the Associate Level requires a minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service or a related field.

Responsibilities: - Engage with customers via web chat to provide support, answer inquiries, and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner. - Utilize active listening and problem-solving skills to understand and address customer needs effectively. - Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail while documenting customer interactions. - Use persuasion techniques to promote company products and services to customers when appropriate. - Collaborate with team members and supervisors to ensure a cohesive and positive customer experience. - Adhere to company policies and procedures to uphold quality standards and customer satisfaction.

Requirements: - Energetic and independent personality traits to thrive in a remote work setting. - Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to interact effectively with customers. - Ability to multitask and prioritize workload in a fast-paced environment. - Excellent attention to detail to ensure accuracy in documenting customer interactions. - Previous experience in customer service or a related field is preferred. - Proficiency in web chat platforms and customer service software. - Flexibility to work varying shifts, including evenings and weekends. - A commitment to providing excellent customer service and satisfying customer needs.
