As a Web Chat Representative at DMCI, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to clients through online chat support. This is a part-time, work-from-home position based in Parañaque, NCR, Philippines at the Associate level. The ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of experience in a customer service role.
Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and issues promptly and professionally through web chat - Provide accurate information about products and services - Assist customers with placing orders, tracking shipments, and resolving complaints - Stay up-to-date on company policies and procedures - Collaborate with team members to improve customer experience - Meet and exceed performance goals set by management
Requirements: - Driven and adaptable personality traits - Strong communication skills - Creativity in problem-solving - Ability to effectively manage people - Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment - Proficiency in using web chat software and other online tools - High school diploma or equivalent
