Web Chat Representative - Work from home

Saphron, a leading financial technology company based in Antipolo, Calabarzon, PH, is seeking a part-time Web Chat Representative to join our team. This position offers the flexibility to work from home and is ideal for individuals with at least 4 years of experience in customer service or a related field.

As a Web Chat Representative at Saphron, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and support through online chat. You will assist customers with inquiries, troubleshoot technical issues, and provide product information. Additionally, you will analyze customer interactions to identify trends and suggest improvements to our services. Creativity in finding solutions and the ability to think critically are key skills required for this role.

The ideal candidate for this position will be confident, driven, and have a strong attention to detail. Excellent communication skills and the ability to multitask are a must. Experience with online chat platforms and customer service software is preferred.
