Peddlr is seeking a motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Web Chat Representative, working remotely from home. As an Associate-level representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support through our online chat platform.

Responsibilities: - Engage with customers in web chat to address inquiries, provide product information, and resolve any issues or concerns in a timely and professional manner. - Utilize strategic planning and adaptability to handle a high volume of customer interactions and effectively prioritize tasks. - Demonstrate resilience and a driven attitude to meet and exceed performance metrics, while maintaining a positive and helpful attitude with customers. - Collaborate with team members to ensure consistent and high-quality customer support across all communication channels. - Continuously improve your knowledge of products, services, and company policies to provide accurate information to customers.

Requirements: - Minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service or a related field. - Strong written communication skills and the ability to engage with customers in a professional and friendly manner. - Demonstrated ability to adapt to changing situations and handle multiple tasks simultaneously. - Resilient attitude and a drive to excel in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment. - Experience with online chat platforms or customer service software is a plus.
