Workbean is currently seeking a motivated and passionate individual to join our team as a Web Chat Representative to work from home. As a Web Chat Representative, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and support through online chat channels.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and provide assistance through web chat - Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues in a timely and efficient manner - Provide accurate and up-to-date information about products and services - Proactively engage with customers to increase satisfaction and loyalty - Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience - Maintain a high level of professionalism and courtesy at all times - Meet and exceed performance targets and goals

Requirements: - Hardworking and passionate individual with a strong dedication to delivering exceptional customer service - Strong communication skills, both written and verbal - Ability to think strategically and solve problems creatively - Comfortable working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment - Proficient in using web chat platforms and basic computer skills - Previous customer service experience is a plus but not required
