Remote Web Chat Specialist

Job Description:

AQWIRE is seeking a Remote Web Chat Specialist to join our team in Cebu, Central Visayas, PH. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate should have at least 2 years of experience in a similar role and possess a resourceful and dedicated personality. Soft skills such as research and teamwork are essential for success in this role.

Responsibilities: 1. Provide customer support through web chat to assist users with inquiries and issues. 2. Utilize research skills to gather information and troubleshoot problems effectively. 3. Collaborate with team members to improve processes and deliver exceptional service. 4. Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer satisfaction in all interactions. 5. Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends to better assist customers. 6. Monitor and escalate technical issues as needed to ensure timely resolution.

Requirements: 1. Minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer service or web chat role. 2. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. 3. Strong research skills to find solutions and information quickly. 4. Ability to work well in a team environment and collaborate effectively. 5. Detail-oriented and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment. 6. Experience with CRM software and web chat platforms is a plus.
