Web Chat Specialist

Job Description:

Taxumo is seeking a part-time Web Chat Specialist to join our team in Parañaque, NCR, PH. As a Web Chat Specialist, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service through online chat support on our website. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in a similar role and possess strong communication skills.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues through web chat in a timely and professional manner - Provide technical support and assistance to customers using our online platform - Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate team members - Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving skills - Assist in creating and updating online resources for customers - Collaborate with other team members to improve the overall customer experience

Requirements: - 2 years of experience in a customer service or technical support role - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks efficiently - Dedicated and adaptable personality traits - Strong people management and decision-making skills - Proficiency in using online chat platforms and basic technical troubleshooting - Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience preferred
