Remote Web Chat Specialist

Job Description:

We are looking for a Remote Web Chat Specialist to join our team at Saphron in Manila, NCR, PH. As a part-time entry-level position, you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries and providing support through web chat. This role requires a resourceful and independent individual with excellent negotiation skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities: 1. Engage with customers through web chat to provide support and assistance. 2. Resolve customer issues and inquiries in a timely and professional manner. 3. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. 4. Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience. 5. Identify opportunities for improvement and provide feedback to the team.

Requirements: 1. Minimum of 1 year of experience in a customer service role. 2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. 3. Ability to work independently and demonstrate initiative. 4. Negotiation skills and attention to detail. 5. Comfortable working remotely and proficient in using web chat platforms.
