Job Description - Web Chat Specialist

Job Description:


As a Web Chat Specialist at Cebu Pacific Air, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service through the company's website chat function. Your main goal will be to assist customers with inquiries, booking flights, managing reservations, and resolving any issues or concerns they may have.


Responsibilities: - Interact with customers through the website chat function in a professional and courteous manner - Provide accurate information regarding flight schedules, fares, policies, and promotions - Assist customers with booking flights, making changes to existing reservations, and processing payments - Resolve customer complaints or issues in a timely and effective manner - Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience - Maintain a high level of product knowledge and stay up-to-date with any changes or updates to company policies


Requirements: - Dedication to providing exceptional customer service - Motivated to succeed and exceed customer expectations - Strong planning and organizational skills - Ability to work well in a team environment - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Basic computer skills and proficiency with web-based applications - Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment - Must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
