Web Chat Specialist

Job Description:

Machine Ventures is seeking a part-time Web Chat Specialist to join our dynamic team in Pasig, NCR, PH. As an Associate Level role, the Web Chat Specialist will be responsible for providing excellent customer service through web chat support. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in a similar role and possess the personality traits of resilience and adaptability.

Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries and provide assistance through web chat in a timely and professional manner. 2. Utilize decision-making skills to assess customer needs and provide appropriate solutions. 3. Communicate effectively with customers to ensure a positive experience and customer satisfaction. 4. Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot issues and escalate as needed. 5. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. 6. Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information to customers.

Requirements: 1. Minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer service or web chat support role. 2. Demonstrated resilience and adaptability in a fast-paced environment. 3. Excellent decision-making and communication skills. 4. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team setting. 5. Proficiency in typing and multitasking while on web chat. 6. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
