Web Chat Specialist

Job Description:

We are looking for a dedicated and driven Web Chat Specialist to join our team at BeautyMNL in Davao City. As an Associate Level position, you will be responsible for managing web chat inquiries from customers in a timely and professional manner. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in a customer service role and possess strong communication skills.

Responsibilities: - Manage web chat inquiries from customers, providing assistance and support as needed - Respond to customer inquiries promptly and accurately - Resolve customer complaints and issues effectively and efficiently - Collaborate with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction - Utilize innovative strategies and strategic planning to enhance the customer experience - Maintain a positive and empathetic attitude in all interactions with customers - Provide product recommendations and information to customers - Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Continuously strive to improve customer service processes and procedures

Requirements: - 3+ years of experience in a customer service role - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in web chat platforms and Microsoft Office - Dedicated and driven attitude towards customer service - Innovation and strategic planning skills - Able to prioritize understanding and empathy in all interactions
