Web Chat Specialist

Job Description:

Wilcon Depot is looking for a Web Chat Specialist to join our team in Pasig, NCR, PH. This is a part-time position at the Associate Level with a requirement of at least 2 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities: - Engage with customers through live web chat to provide assistance, answer inquiries, and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner - Utilize critical thinking skills to quickly assess customer needs and provide appropriate solutions - Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience across all channels - Identify opportunities for improvement and innovation in customer service strategies - Maintain a high level of accuracy and efficiency in all interactions with customers

Requirements: - Resilient personality with the ability to handle challenging situations with a positive attitude - Confidence in communicating effectively with customers in a written format - Strong critical thinking skills to analyze complex situations and provide solutions - Innovative mindset to continuously improve customer service processes - Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in a web chat or online support environment
