Web Chat Specialist - Work from home

AQWIRE is seeking a passionate and independent Web Chat Specialist to join our team on a part-time basis. This position will allow you to work from the comfort of your own home in Quezon City, NCR, PH.

Responsibilities: 1. Engage with customers via web chat to provide excellent customer service and support. 2. Assist customers with inquiries, technical issues, and navigating our website. 3. Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues in a timely and professional manner. 4. Collaborate with team members to ensure a consistent and seamless customer experience. 5. Maintain a high level of product knowledge to effectively assist customers with their needs. 6. Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and address any additional concerns.

Requirements: 1. At least 4 years of experience in a customer service or support role. 2. Strong communication skills and the ability to multitask effectively. 3. Strategic planning and project management skills. 4. Proficiency in using web chat platforms and other communication tools. 5. Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines. 6. A dedicated attitude towards understanding and exceeding customer expectations. 7. Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred.

Personality traits: Passionate about providing exceptional customer service and support. Independent and able to work effectively without constant supervision.

Soft skills: Strategic planning to anticipate and meet customer needs. Project management to oversee customer interactions and resolutions.
