Support Assistant - Remote Work

Xepto Computing is seeking a Support Assistant to join our team as a remote worker in Caloocan, NCR, PH. This part-time position at Associate level requires a minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role. We are looking for individuals who are independent, dedicated, creative, and possess strong communication skills.

Responsibilities: - Provide support to customers via various communication channels such as email, phone, and chat - Troubleshoot technical issues and provide solutions in a timely manner - Document customer interactions and resolutions accurately - Collaborate with team members to ensure customer satisfaction - Continuously improve processes and procedures to enhance customer support experience

Requirements: - 3+ years of experience in a customer support role - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Ability to work independently and take initiative - Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail - Proficiency in using software tools for customer support - Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred
