Support Associate - Remote Work

Job Description:

Insider is seeking a motivated and resourceful Support Associate to join our team in a remote work position based in Davao City, Philippines. As a Support Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients. This part-time role is at an Associate Level and requires a minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar support role.

Responsibilities: 1. Responding to customer inquiries and providing timely and accurate resolution to customer issues. 2. Troubleshooting technical problems and providing solutions to customers. 3. Communicating effectively with customers via email, chat, or phone. 4. Documenting all customer interactions and maintaining accurate records of customer issues. 5. Collaborating with other team members to improve processes and customer experience. 6. Providing feedback to the product development team based on customer feedback and suggestions.

Requirements: 1. Minimum of 3 years of experience in a customer support role. 2. Motivated and resourceful individual who takes initiative to solve problems. 3. Strong decision-making and critical thinking skills. 4. Excellent communication skills both written and verbal. 5. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. 6. Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred but not required.
