Support Associate - Remote Work

Job Description:

Resellee is seeking a dedicated and experienced Support Associate to join our remote team in Cebu, Central Visayas, PH. As a Support Associate, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients. This part-time position is at the Associate Level, requiring a minimum of 4 years of relevant experience.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and provide product support via email, chat, and phone - Troubleshoot technical issues and provide solutions to customers - Assist in order processing, returns, and exchanges - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Collaborate with the sales team to meet customer needs and expectations - Stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends

Requirements: - Adaptable and reliable personality traits - Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills - Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience in customer support or a similar role - Proficiency in using support tools and platforms - Ability to work independently and remotely - Experience in e-commerce or retail industry is a plus
