Job Description:
MetroMart is seeking a dedicated and energetic Support Associate to join our remote team in Antipolo, Calabarzon, Philippines. As a Support Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients.
Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, and phone in a timely manner 2. Assist customers with order placements, tracking, and issue resolution 3. Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction 4. Provide product recommendations and information to customers 5. Assist with general administrative tasks as needed
Requirements: 1. 1 year of experience in a customer service or support role 2. Energetic and dedicated personality traits 3. Excellent communication skills 4. Innovative problem-solving skills 5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team 6. Proficient in using Microsoft Office and other software applications 7. High school diploma or equivalent
