Job Description - Support Manager - Remote Work


Job Description:


HealthNow is seeking a dedicated and energetic Support Manager to join our team on a part-time basis. This is a remote work opportunity, so you can work from the comfort of your own home. As a Support Manager, you will be responsible for managing a team of support staff, providing guidance and mentorship, and ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction.


Responsibilities: - Lead, manage, and motivate a team of support staff - Develop and implement support processes and procedures - Monitor KPIs and metrics to ensure team performance meets company standards - Handle escalated customer inquiries and provide resolutions in a timely manner - Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members - Collaborate with other departments to improve overall customer experience - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in customer support


Requirements: - 8 years of experience in customer support or a related field - Proven experience in a leadership or management role - Strong negotiation skills and emotional intelligence - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and in a team environment - Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred - Remote work experience is a plus
